We don't advise from a distance. H² is run by people who are still practitioners, in the review, on the floor, and on the stage, doing the same work we help our clients deliver.
That is the whole idea behind H²: when you work with us, you get the founders and their experience directly, not a brand trading on a reputation earned years ago.
The Founders
Two practitioners. One standard.
Between them, our founders have delivered inside Rolls-Royce, Bosch, Philips, JLR and Epicor. We operate from the inside, not the outside.
Haidar leads H²'s programme and delivery work. Over a decade managing mission-critical programmes across aerospace, defence, automotive and medical devices, most recently as programme manager at Rolls-Royce, where he stood up Maintenance, Repair & Overhaul capability at the Bristol facility and led contract negotiations with the UK MoD and US NAVAIR. Earlier, at Philips Respironics, he directed the workstreams that brought products into EUMDR compliance through Brexit; at JAE Automotive he took connector products from prototype to mass production and built the gateway process that passed external audit. A PRINCE2 Practitioner with a Business Management degree, completing his APM PMQ, fluent in English and Arabic. His approach is simple: understand the real problem before proposing the fix, and stay until it's working.
Marta leads H²'s engineering and operations practice. An industrial engineer by training (MEng, University of Minho), she has spent over a decade making manufacturing and engineering organisations run better. Right now she is standing up a new facility for subsea fibre-optic systems at Xtera. During COVID-19, as Lead Production Engineer at STI, she directed the manufacture of 11,750 Penlon ventilators in 11 weeks for the NHS, and 700+ testing devices under Operation Moonshot. At Epicor she delivered Agile ERP/SaaS implementations; at Bosch she led quality and production engineering. PRINCE2 certified, with deep Lean and APQP expertise, fluent in Portuguese and English. Marta is the operator who leaves a business measurably stronger: tighter processes, less waste, and teams that own the change.
